At The Canadian Canoe Museum's Store, we take pride in our curated selection of paddling gear and heritage goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our gift shop team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to the Museum

  Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our physical museum location in Peterborough, Ontario; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, excluding original shipping fees.
